HOTEL ROOMS: We recommend you reserve your room for Friday, September 15 and/or Saturday, September 16, 2017, as soon as possible. Candlewood Suites adjoins the Henry Center conference facility and a limited number of rooms are being held at the special rate of $95 for a studio suite (plus taxes) or $135 for a one-bedroom suite (plus taxes). Candlewood Suites has extended the August 31st deadline and rooms are still available at the group rate, until the hotel is booked.

TARGET AUDIENCE: This conference brings together medical directors, attending physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, administrators and others who care for older adults in Michigan's nursing facilities and other long term care settings.
